If you need to cancel your registration, log in to your MyTradesecrets account and select 'cancel'. If you are cancelling after your class start date, contact the Office of the Registrar directly.

You'll be eligible for a refund if you cancel at least five business days prior to the class start date. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee. The amount of the fee depends on your training dates.

• A $50 fee will be applied if you cancel your training scheduled to begin before August 1, 2024.
• A $100 fee will be applied if you cancel your training scheduled to begin after August 1, 2024.

** Beginning July 30, 2020 a 2.5% service fee will be charged on all credit card payments and a 1.5% service fee will be added to all Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit transactions. These service fees are non-refundable.
