Students in e-Learning programs at SAIT are supplied with a laptop or device with the necessary software, files and applications needed for their program. Details will be provided by your program or Academic Chair.

Log in to your e-Learning laptop
Username: acdm\SAIT ID without leading zeros (123456)
Default password: birthdate, YYMMDD
Your computer login password is the same as your SAIT email and Office 365 password. This is also the password you use to log in to SAIT wireless. If you change your password for one, you change your password for the others as well. Always change your password from the default after you log in the first time.
Collecting your e-Learning laptop
Tuition or confirmation of a student loan, as well as a $400 refundable security deposit, must be paid before pick up.
Winter 2021 e-Learning laptop distribution
For the fall semester, SAIT is sending e-Learning laptops via courier to new students within Canada who have been fully admitted to their program, have paid their tuition/fees, and have completed and returned a digitally signed e-Learning contract. You will receive an email with details, along with the contract, soon. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Students in an e-Learning program who are studying outside of Canada will be contacted by the International Centre or their academic chair with more information.

Graduating/withdrawing students: If you’re graduating or withdrawing at the end of the Fall 2020 semester, please book an appointment using the link https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ComputerReturn@sait.ca/bookings/..
If you are out of town and would like to mail the laptop, please email email@example.com for more information. Refunds may take up to 8 weeks to process.
Continuing students: If you’re continuing in your SAIT program, please hold onto your laptop for future class use.
