There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot your login issue:
- Try logging in on a desktop or laptop computer if one is available instead of a phone or mobile device.
- Try using a different internet browser
- Clear your browser cache, close your browser, re-open it, try logging in again
- Type the URL https://www.mysait.ca in the browser address bar.
- Ensure that you are entering your full, 9-digit SAIT ID number, including the leading zeros (000xxxxxx)
- Ensure that you are entering your PIN/password (6-digit date of birth, unless you have changed it) with no slashes, dashes, spaces, etc (DDMMYY)
