There are different course delivery modes, this is determined by the “MEET TYPE”. There are four meet types: OS, OA, OR, and CLAS.
OS - Online Synchronous – courses (lectures usually) are fully online and scheduled at a specific time that the students are expected to attend – students do not come to campus.
OA - Online Asynchronous – courses are online but are not scheduled at a specific time (like a distance education course, students work on their own time) – students do not come to campus.
OR - Online Remote Access – courses are online and scheduled at a specific time and the students are required to attend and remotely log into the room listed – students do not come to campus.
CLAS – Class - courses (labs usually) are scheduled at a specific time and are delivered on campus in the room(s) listed – students are required to come to campus.
OF – Online/Face to Face – Courses are scheduled in-person. If COVID-19 cases result in increased restrictions by the province, courses will be moved online - students are required to come to campus.
