Beginning Jan. 3, 2022, all but three programs from the School of Information and communication Technologies will move to the School for Advanced Digital Technology (SADT). The three programs not transitioning to SADT will be moving to the School of Business. This includes:

  • Information and Records Management
  • Journalism
  • Library Information Technology

This is a natural fit. Our ICT programs already lead in the latest technology, and this evolution will enable us to accelerate the progression happening in existing programs and the work underway at SADT.

As a student, your day-to-day classes and schedules will remain the same. You will have the same instructors and complete the same courses. Programs moving to the School of Business will be supported by new advisors who can be contacted by emailing business.advising@sait.ca. You can review the following table to learn which school will support your program starting Jan. 3.
