If you are a new student your SAIT Student Email might have not been created yet. Please allow a few day after registering for your classes for this process to happen.


If you're a returning student, please make sure that you are entering your SAIT email and the correct password. If you still cannot access, please contact its.support@sait.ca 


If you really need to enter your information to the SAIT Alert app for any particular reason, in the interim you can log in to SAIT Alert as a guest by following the instructions below.


Please note that the Guest option is designed for those visiting campus that do not fall into one of the other categories (student, employee, etc.). If as a student, you sign up as a Guest with your personal email address, make sure it is the same one on your file (the one that you provided at the moment of applying to SAIT), otherwise, it won't be associated with your profile.

Using SAITALERT as a guest

Step 1: Download the free SAITALERT app through  Google Play or the  App Store.
Step 2: Enable push notifications on both your phone settings and in the app.

  • Scroll down to About/Preferences
  • Go to Notification Settings
  • Enable Notifications

Step 3: Submit your "Vaccine verification."

Mobile app:

  • Select "Vaccine verification."
  • Select "Register as a guest" to create account with your work or personal email.

Next, select "Continue" and then "Log in as guest" if needed.

  • Select "Submit vaccine verification" or "Submit negative test results."
  • Follow the steps.
  • Once your submission is complete it will be reviewed and verified.
  • Check your status with "View current status."

Desktop:

Next, select "Continue" and then "Log in as a guest" if needed.

  • Select "Submit vaccine verification" or "Submit negative test results."
  • Follow the steps.
  • Once your submission is complete it will be reviewed and verified.
  • Check your status with "View current status."
