Offer of Admission Checklist
- Review your offer program details and deposit deadline
- Review the Important Deadlines ( conditions, course registration, tuition payment) and policies ( refunds, deferrals) in this document and the website.
- Review Payment Options
- Consider the payment transaction timelines ( 2 to 3 days if payment with credit card, 5 to 10 business days if paying via wire transfer).
- Consider the study permit processing times.
- Pay your CAD$1,750.00 deposit ( or up to the full-term tuition amount).
- Retrieve your official letter of Acceptance
- Apply for your study permit ( and co-op work permit if applicable) and email us a copy.

| ✅ I received an offer ( O1 status) or a conditional offer ( O2 Status) | You are required to pay the deposit to confirm your seat in the program If you offer is conditional, you must meet the conditions by the deadline ( see next item) to obtain full admission into the program. By paying your deposit, you are committing to meet all deadlines | Your deposit deadline is stated in your offer letter and will not exceed 15 business days after it is issued | Applicants who can't meet the deadline will have their application cancelled, and their seat in the program will be revoked. Upload your documents to MySait.ca | Documents Deadline: Fall 2022: August 1st, 2022 Winter 2023: December 1st, 2022 Spring 2023: April 1st, 2023 | Applicants who don't meet the conditions by the deadline cannot start the program by may be eligible for a partial refund of their tuition deposit, less the $250.00 Administration fee. Spring 2023: Opens in March 2023 and ends by the tuition payment deadline. | Applicants who don't register by the deadline cannot start the program, cannot defer, and cannot request a refund for visa denied. You must meet the eligibility criteria, in addition to having met the registration and tuition payment deadline. | Deferral Period: Fall 2022: June 20th - August 22nd, 2022 Winter 2023: October 25th - December 20th, 2022 Spring 2023: Tentatively, February 27th - April 24th, 2023 Must have met the tuition and registration deadlines | Only deferrals submitted through the online form will be considered. If not eligible to defer, you are expected start classes. If you decide to withdraw your current application, your tuition deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferrable. My Study permit application was rejected | Email your study permit denial letter to the International Centre before the program start date to be eligible for a partial refund. Prior to the start date, you must: Provide supporting documentation. Have met the registration and tuition payment deadline. | Visa Denied Deadline: Fall 2022: September 5th, 2022 Winter 2023: January 8th, 2023 Spring 2023: May 7th, 2023 Must have met the tuition and registration deadlines | Study permit rejections submitted after the deadline will not qualify for a tuition deposit refund. I want to drop out of my program  | Complete a withdrawal form and submit it by the deadline. You may be eligible for a 50% tuition refund | Add/Drop period: Fall 2022: August 29th - September 16th,2022 Winter 2023: Tentatively, one week before, and two weeks after the start of classes Spring 2023: Tentatively, one week before and two weeks after the start of classes.
