There may be times where you're restricted from completing certain tasks including course registration, ordering a transcript or receiving your official transcript. If this happens, you may have a hold on your account. Follow the steps below to check your account for any holds.
- Log in to mySAIT and in the mySAIT tab choose myStudent from the dropdown menu.
- Under the Academic Records & Schedules header select Student Profile.
- Select Holds found in the top right corner of your screen.
Finding the nature of your hold is the first step towards clearing it from your account. For more information, please contact your program advisor or submit a new inquiry to the Office of the Registrar.
