You can reset the password to your domestic admission portal status page directly from the login page. 

  1. From the main login page, click Forgot Your Password.
  2. Type the email address you used to apply, enter your Birthdate and click Reset Password.

You will receive an email with your new temporary PIN. You will need to change this to a new password when you go to log in.
