Thank you for your message. To access your letter, you will want to ensure that you first download the file and then open it with a PDF Viewer such as Adobe Acrobat. This will prompt the password popup to appear and open the file successfully.
Please follow these steps:
1) Download the file
2) Locate the file in your download folder
3) Right click on the file name
4) Choose "Open With"
5) Choose "Adobe Acrobat Reader" to open the PDF file
6) Enter your 9-digit SAIT ID number as your password
