Our main form of contact is through email. Because of this, it is important we have your current email address to ensure you don’t miss information related to your education. 


The time your SAIT student email is activated will depend on what you take at SAIT.

  • Credit program students - your email will be activated within one day after you accept your offer of admission and pay your non-refundable tuition deposit.
  • Apprentice and continuing education students – your email will be activated within one day after you register for your classes.

This will be used for any messages sent while you are an active student. Your personal email address will be used for communications about applications until you have accepted your offer and paid your non-refundable tuition deposit.


If you feel you may have missed out on important emails, follow the steps below to confirm your Student Profile includes your current email addresses.

  1. Log in to mySAIT and navigate to the mySAIT page.
  2. Select Personal Information found under Change Personal Information header.
  3. Review the details under Email and make any necessary changes.
